Rules, Terms and Conditions
All files and links we share with our Supporters are meant for you as Patron and no one else. By downloading content made by us (Stl ant other content), you accept this Agreement and agree to be bound by its provisions. If you do not accept or agree with these terms, do not purchase, download, access or use the STL files we provide.
1. Punga Miniatures is the owner of all STL files we provide. The STL files are a copyrighted work belonging to Punga Miniatures.
2. Punga Miniatures grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the files.
3. This license allows you to print the STL files for personal, non-commercial use only.
4. You may not sell, share, distribute, rent or transfer the STL files or the materials that you manufacture.
5. You can cut/resize our files to fit better your printer but you can't share those derivates (as the original files).
6. You may take photos, make videos and share images of his/her models printed using the Punga Miniatures for social or promotional uses of your skills and services as long as the Licensee explicitly state that the models are Punga Miniatures models. Promoting our various stores and pages is greatly appreciated and we will be happy to assist you in this.
7. You may not modify, duplicate, create derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the STL files. No part may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or displayed.
8. Punga Miniatures has no liability whatsoever for any data loss or corruption or any damaged caused to systems, 3D printers, data storage devices, computers or health caused by the STL files. The users agrees that it has sole responsibility for protecting its data, system and health during the use of the STL files.
9. Punga Miniatures reserves the right to revise the terms and condition of this agreement at anytime.
10. Punga Miniatures and its brand, associated logos, images, digital content, files, 3D designs, concept arts, videos, written content, banners, posters, product designs, franchises, games, miniatures, products, packaging, code, software or any future media by Punga Miniatures or any of its employees are the copyright of Punga Miniatures.
